The month at a glance: earned, paid, still owed, and what needs doing next.

Built specifically for UK locum pharmacists
Your shifts, invoices, mileage and tax, all in one place, paid by the hour the way locum work is. Start on your phone or your laptop, and carry on with the other.
The phone app, for iPhone and Android, is coming soon.

The month at a glance: earned, paid, still owed, and what needs doing next.

Log a shift in seconds: the pharmacy, the times, the break. The hours work themselves out.

Turn your shifts into PDF invoices by the hour, then track who has paid you.

See what to set aside for tax, and have your Making Tax Digital figures ready for bridging software.

The start, the end and the unpaid break. The hours and the invoice line follow, and the pharmacy sees the break on the invoice.
One set of records, not two. Log a shift on your phone and it is on the website. Change something on the website and it is back on your phone.

In the dispensary at the end of the day, on the train, in a car park. Log it anywhere in the app.
Get online and everything catches up by itself. Change something on the website and your phone gets it too.
Raise the month's invoices, check your tax, do the boring bits on a proper screen. Your phone already knows about it.
Pop in your email and we will send you a 6-digit code. No password to forget.
Your bank details, NI number and GPhC number are scrambled on your own devices, with a key we never get to see. Start on the website and you make the key there and save a recovery code. Start on your phone and you pair the website by scanning a code.
The app works perfectly well on its own. Sign in whenever you fancy the website, and you get a safety copy of your records too, in case your phone takes a swim.
In the app, and the same on the website.
Pick the pharmacy, the start and end times and your hourly rate, and tap the unpaid break. 09:00 to 18:00 with half an hour for lunch is 8.5 hours, worked out for you. Each pharmacy remembers its usual rate, and regular shifts copy to another day. On the website the diary is a proper calendar: click an empty day to add a shift, or drag one to another day to copy it.
Search by name or by postcode — every branch of a chain has the same name, so the postcode is often quicker — and the address fills itself in. Keep notes on each one: parking, door codes, who to ask for.
Tick the shifts you have not billed yet and out comes a proper PDF, with the hours and the rate for each day, your bank details and your payment terms. The numbering looks after itself, and you can mark each invoice sent and paid, so you always know who owes you what.
A running figure for the tax bill, worked out from the shifts and expenses you have already added: income tax, National Insurance, student loan and payments on account. Your Making Tax Digital quarterly updates get put together in HMRC's boxes, with the workbook your bridging software wants. We get the figures ready, and you send them through that software.
You have already logged where you worked and when, so the mileage log builds itself: one line a day at the HMRC rate, with the drop after 10,000 miles taken care of.
Add them as they happen, filed the way your tax return likes them: the GPhC fee, indemnity, memberships, travel, equipment.
Income and expenses for a tax year, a quarter or any dates you like, as a PDF or a spreadsheet.
The lot, on us, and no card needed.
Shifts, invoices, expenses, mileage and statements are free for good. Nothing you have already made ever gets taken away.
The tax set-aside, Making Tax Digital updates and the bridging workbook, plus automatic road distances to each pharmacy. £5.49 a month or £49.99 a year.
No account needed.
